Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot provide a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged as received.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • You must contact us first to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending your item back.

Exceptions & Special Circumstances

Returns may still be accepted in the following cases:

  1. Damaged on Arrival
    If your product arrives damaged, please email a photo of the damage to support@Buydelta8now.com. After verification, we’ll promptly send a replacement—no return necessary.

  2. Unsatisfactory Experience
    If you’re not satisfied with the effects of the product and more than 75% of it remains unused, you may request an RMA number. Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be issued if approved.

Please note: Due to past abuse of our prior return policy, we no longer offer free-sample returns.

⚠️ Important Note on Cosmetic Damage

Any cosmetic damage from the manufacturer must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If your product was damaged before arrival and verified by photo, a formal return is not required.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company (posting times may vary).

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can delay refunds.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are eligible for return. However, refunds will reflect only the amount paid at the time of purchase, not the full original price.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If this is the case:

  • Email support@buydelta8now.com with photos of the damage.

  • If approved, a replacement will be sent

Note: Damaged boxes do not qualify unless the product itself (jar/bottle) is affected and unusable.

  • We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
